Henriksson & Co. is a company operating in Poland, whose main office is located in Poznan. We specialize in comprehensive outsourcing for  IT services to companies from Poland and Scandinavia. We also support processes of creating a Shared Service Centers for Polish and Scandinavian companies and corporations.

The founder and leader is Hans Johan Herniksson-Hjelm, 43 year-old economist and interim manager with completed MBA studies, having almost 25 years experience in cooperation with companies from Europe and Poland (Chief Financial Officer and Project Manager, Hilding Anders Group on Polish, Estonia and Ukraine territory; Manager on Finance in Thule Polska and Inplastor AB in Sweden (& Inplastor AS) Financial Auditor at ITC, Universal Music Group, Arjo Scandinavia, Arca Systems, MKI International Ltd. (Worldcom) and TertaPak; Corporate Financial Auditor in XPonCard Group in Denmark, Financial Consultant in SUN Storage Tek, Chief Executive Officer and Project Manager Bexout Ltd in Bulgaria and Byggteamet AB; Project Leader during the construction of the restaurant) and more than 10 years experience in managing his own company, which translates into professionalism in action and ability to properly process management to provide comprehensive services in many areas.
