Summer workers in Denmark

Opportunity to earn in Denmark during the summer attracts many Europeans, but this year was the unexpected high number of volunteers.

High wages for work, even for unskilled people, led many Europeans to come to Denmark after the quick money
. According to the website Workindenmark this year about 24 thousand inhabitants of the EU is already registered in their system, many hoping to find seasonal work. However Workindenmark can offer only about 1,800 temporary jobs.
In 2008 - before the recession - the site Workindenmark were registered about 10 700 people. Residents of eastern Europe are interested in coming to Denmark for a profit and is willing to perform various jobs, even collecting strawberries.
According to data from the portal on the top for summer job facing are Romanians. Polish, Bulgarian and Spanish people affected by the crisis are now at the forefront of job seekers on the Danish side of the portal and its European partner, Eures.
