Employment in Sweden has many advantages, in this article we introduce the top 3 reasons why you should go there in search of work.
1. The high standard of living
With one of the highest living standards in the world, Sweden offers residents a chance for a decent life. For example, you can bring up the standard of living of the average electrician in Sweden. In most cases, he can have a three-room apartment in the city and a small summer house in the countryside if his partner works full-time. That couple can afford a car powered by biofuels and annual holidays abroad while raising two children in preschool age.
Just as workers in other professions, electrician in Sweden can enjoy at least five weeks paid holiday per year and paid sick leave and parental leave. If, together with a partner, have a child in a maximum sentence they are entitled to a total of up to 480 days of paid leave, including carer's leave in 120 days if their child is ill.
Sweden considers many of these benefits for the necessary rights for all, regardless of income or social status. They help contribute to the fact that children are educated and healthy, and people in any society have equal opportunities to live a dignified life. Education is free for children aged from six years to the time of study and the majority of health care costs and social benefits paid by the employer and the profits from income tax.

Immediate family can obtain a residence permit and work permit in relation to a person currently employed in the country. Husbands, wives or partners who provide proof of relationship is entitled to a permit as well as children under 21 years of age.
